At Samosa Shack, we strive to get your delicious, hot samosas to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our delivery policy below.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Banda and its immediate surrounding areas. To check if we deliver to your specific location, please enter your full address at checkout. The available delivery time slots will be shown before you complete your purchase.

2. Delivery Hours
Our standard delivery hours are:

  • Monday – Sunday:  11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Delivery times may be extended during festivals and special occasions.

3. Delivery Time & Charges

  • Estimated Time: Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been prepared and assigned to a driver. You will receive an SMS with a live tracking link once your order is out for delivery.

  • Delivery Fee: A nominal delivery fee is applied to all orders. This fee is based on your distance from our kitchen and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

  • Minimum Order: A minimum order value of ₹150 may apply for delivery.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your order number and a live tracking link to monitor your delivery driver in real-time.

5. What If You’re Not Home?
For the best experience, we recommend being available to receive your order. If you are not available, our delivery partner will:

  • Attempt to call you using the number provided.

  • Leave the order in a safe place at your address (if instructed or if it is safe to do so).

  • Please note: Samosa Shack is not responsible for orders that are stolen or damaged after being delivered as per your instructions or if left in a safe place when no one is available.
